Experiential gastronomy connects us with the roots and traditions of local communities and makes them our own. For our more adventurous travelers, the expedition includes fishing and gathering of local species that we will later prepare with our chef, staying faithful to the traditional recipes of each region.
Experience the traditions of local communities including the weaving of Ecuadorian Toquilla straw hats, the finest straw hats in the world and now declared Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. We will dance to the beat of coastal rhythms, discovering the origin and customs of ancient cultures and we will see the embodiment of local skill and tradition in unique local products.
